***HOW TO CARE FOR***
☀️Light: Can tolerate low to medium light but do best in bright indirect light.
💧Water: Can tolerate dryness. Do not let the soil completely dry out. Wait until it is down to 80% then water and allow to dry down again. Be conservative watering indoors as it takes longer to dry out in larger pots and if the plant stays wet too long, the roots may rot.
🍼Food: Give a balanced liquid fertilizer every 2 weeks during the growing season (fall-spring) at half the recommended rate.
We ship USPS Priority Mail 1-3 days to reduce risk of shipping damage or stress to the plant.
After receiving the plant, immediately remove from packaging and follow the guidelines attached to your packing slip.
*EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19. Your package may be 1-3 days late due to shipping restrictions across the US.
You will receive an email once the package has been shipped with a Tracking Number.
How to Rehab Plants after Shipping Video

Quality of product is our #1 value. We package our plants expecting a long journey, however, one in one hundred plants could leave our hands looking perfect and arrive looking less than perfect.
The buyer should understand the risk involved in live plants being sent through the mail system. Once the plant leaves our hands, fluctuations in temperature, darkness, and handling may cause damage to the leaves of the plant.
***If this happened to you, we encourage you to message us with pictures and depending on your situation, we may offer a 50% refund of the price of the plant. This is for plants received with major damage or if the plant dies. We require pictures of how the plant was received before any modifications, including transplanting, trimming, etc.***
We will not refund plants that have suffered minor damage. This includes a few yellowing leaves, browning edges/tips, bent or ripped leaves. These are all consequences of shipping plants online. We try our best to avoid all these problems, but it is very common for plants to yellow or even drop a few leaves after going through shipping. This does not necessarily mean your plant is dying. Contact us with pictures for any concerns.
We guarantee our plants for a period of 7 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate.
There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 7 days after receipt.
Our policy does not cover packages lost by the carrier or stolen. The buyer is responsible for opening a claim with USPS if this happens
We are always happy to give advice for any of your concerns! We inspect every single plant before shipping for pests and disease. We would never intentionally send a doomed plant!
Heat pads are available for shipping to colder areas. Just add the heat pack listing on our shop to your order.
It is extremely recommended if your area is experiencing temperatures below 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
