🌿When will my order ship?
Spring through Summer we ship all orders Mondays through Wednesdays every week to avoid extended transit times in high temperatures Fall through Winter we ship all orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed by Friday end of day will ship the following week. If you need your order shipped sooner, please reach out to us.


🌿Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.


🌿Can I cancel my order?
Yes if your order has not been shipped yet. Message us as soon as possible to prevent this. Please be aware you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee off your order total.


🌿Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! If you are in Alachua County, please choose the "Local Delivery" option at checkout. Deliveries will be made every Thursday & Friday. At checkout, you may let us know a preferred delivery time. Please reach out if you want delivery expedited.

🌿What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards from any country including:

🌿How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated through our carrier, USPS Priority Mail. Price will vary depending on how far your state is from our address unless Free Shipping is offered.


🌿Can you combine shipping for my order?
Depending on the sizes of the plants in your order, you may receive plants in separate boxes, but you will not be charged extra fees.


🌿How fast is the delivery time?
1-3 business days* with USPS Priority Shipping.
*EXPECT DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19. Your package may be 1-3 days late due to shipping restrictions across the US.

🌿Oops - I put the wrong shipping address!
If you need to update your address, select the Contact Us tab and send us a message within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.


🌿How do you ship your plants?
We ship all our plants fully rooted and potted in a substrate of some kind, ranging from coco coir to a potting mix. We use Sphagnum Moss on the top of the soil to keep it in place and keep it damp. You may remove it after unboxing. We encourage recycling of the cardboard boxes and paper sleeves! Our packing peanuts are made of a biodegradable starch and dissolve with water. It is perfectly safe for the environment to dissolve them down the kitchen sink.


🌿My plant arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. We require photos of the damage, how the package arrived, as well as how the plant looks straight out of the box. We typically do not refund plants with minor damage due to transit. There should be no manipulation of roots, transplanting, cutting, or any changes made to the plant. Failure to adhere to this process renders our guarantee null and void.


🌿What do you recommend after receiving a plant?
The shipping process can be very stressful for some plants due to long periods of time with fluctuations in temperature and complete darkness. We recommend allowing the plant to acclimate to your home for at least 14 days before manipulating the roots, transplanting, cutting, etc.
      • If the plant arrives with damp soil, do not water until the soil completely dries down. This may take a while because the air indoors is dry and temperatures are not high. If you live in a warm state, placing the plant outside in a shaded area is highly recommended.
      • If the plant arrives with dry soil, use a shallow saucer to bottom water for a day.
Please keep in mind that these plants were all grown in an outdoor shade house in Florida, with temperatures above 80F and humidity above 70%. Mimicking this tropical environment as much as possible will facilitate the growth and health of your plant. Please review the care guide that we provide for every plant.
