***HOW TO CARE FOR***
☀️Light: Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves. Keep in a shaded area indoors or outdoors.
💧Water: Keep the soil moist. Water every other week to avoid overwatering.
Do not forget your fertilizer. This fertilizer is used by professional growers all over the country. We are offering it in 1lb bags so you too can “Grow like the Pros”
Every order is expertly handled and packaged. We ship Mondays through Wednesdays every week to prevent extended transit times. Shipping rates are calculated with USPS Priority Mail or UPS and arrive in 1-4 business days. Please let us know if you have a preferred carrier and we will try to accommodate.

We cannot guarantee plants as they are live plants. Buyers purchase at their own risk. Every situation is unique and handled so.
We MAY replace/refund plants received with MAJOR damage. Depending if it was due to us OR the carrier. If due to the carrier, buyer will have to open claim with carrier. We require pictures of how the plant was received before any modifications, including transplanting, trimming, etc.
We will NOT replace/refund plants that have suffered minor damage. This includes yellowing leaves, browning edges/tips, bent or ripped leaves. These are all consequences of shipping plants online. We try our best to avoid all these problems, but it is very common for plants to yellow or even drop leaves after going through shipping. This does not necessarily mean your plant is dying. Contact us with pictures for any concerns.
We are NOT responsible for damages due to delays from the carrier or packages stolen or lost by the carrier. The buyer is responsible for opening up a claim with USPS or UPS if this happens. If you need help opening a claim we can help you.
**Damages due to heat pack or lack of heat pack are at the risk of the buyer. As well as shipping in extreme weather such as cold or heat. NO refunds or replacements.
**Please be mindful of the temperature in your area when placing an order. All orders ship at buyers risk whether heat pack is added or not. Please let us know if you would like us to hold off on shipping your order until weather permits. We ship large volumes of orders a week and cannot check one by one for their shipping address temperatures. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.**
